Raven Golf Club at Snowshoe Mountain
Raven Golf Club at Snowshoe Mountain

America’s first organized golf club became established right here in West Virginia at the Oakhurst Links
in White Sulphur Springs by 1884. Since then, golfing in the Mountain State has grown to include approximately 100 courses that offer challenging greens, tough shots and breathtaking vistas.

Located within a day’s drive of nearly half the U.S. population, a golf adventure is just a swing away in West Virginia. With interstate highways crisscrossing the state and airports providing quick links to major metropolitan areas, the perfect golf course is closer than you think.
