Governor's Conference on Tourism
The West Virginia Governor’s Conference on Tourism is an annual event that brings together partners in the state tourism industry. The three-day event features speakers and workshops that will help partners grow their industry.
Each year, the West Virginia Division of Tourism showcases new advertising and marketing plans and new trends in travel.
“Stars of the Industry” awards honor tourism entities and the work they are doing in the state. If you would like to nominate someone in the industry, check back for award nomination forms. 2012 winners were announced at the awards dinner held during our Governor’s Conference, October 8 -10 at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Shepherdstown.
