Advertiser will provide a back-lit photo the dimensions of selected Duratran.
The Division of Tourism must approve the final artwork of the back-lit photo prior to producing.

- All advertising must be of interest to the traveling public.
- Useful tourist information with 50% West Virginia tourism related services.
- Cannot contain terminology, advertising or pictures that are adult or sexually-oriented or otherwise not directly related to family travel.
- Cannot be for the sole purpose of selling products.
- Paid advertising will not openly display prices/rates.
The West Virginia Division of Tourism remains the controlling authority at all times and has the right to disqualify a display at any time for just cause.
Equal access will be provided to potential advertisers for approval by the Division of Tourism. Industry mailings will be sent to current contract holders notifying these holders of contract expiration. Welcome Center Staff will make telephone contact to local industries notifying them of Duratran availability. The Duratran information will be available on the Division of Tourism Web Site with a phone number listed for additional information.
