Spring wildflower walks offer something for everyone

Lace up your hiking boots and get ready to take a walk on the wild side. West Virginia’s 48 state parks, forests, wildlife management areas and rail trails are home to an array of wildflowers and blooming trees. Although every area offers its own breathtaking views and special attractions, a handful is known, without fail, to take center stage each spring with perennial showcases of color.
