Mountain View Solar and Wind in Berkeley Springs won a contract to install solar panels on the roof of the Morgan County courthouse. The project is funded by a $196,000 federal grant to improve energy efficiency. The solar energy is expected to generate at least 10 percent electricity savings for the courthouse.
