West Virginia Department of Commerce 2011 SEDC Communication Awards

The West Virginia Department of Commerce won five awards in head-to-head competition with other states from a 17-state region in the Southern Economic Development Council’s 2011 Communication Awards presented on August 17, at SEDC’s annual conference in Asheville, N.C.

SEDC recognized Commerce with four awards of “excellence” for overall marketing campaign, magazine design, single advertisement and special events and one “merit” award for branding.
