This renovated industrial building with a three-story atrium in the heart of downtown Wheeling is a tribute to this city's rich cultural heritage. The Retail Emporium offers a mix of fine arts and crafts showcasing the best of WV and regional artisans. The "Made in Wheeling" interactive exhibits highlight Wheeling's industrial heritage. The 3rd Floor Loft Gallery features changing art exhibits. On the 1st floor is River City Restaurant which offers great food in a spectacular atmosphere.
