Listed on the National Register of Historical Places, the Stifel Fine Arts Center (known historically as the Edemar Mansion) was an elegant family home until 1976 when it was donated to Oglebay Institute for use as a public arts center. Hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon-Friday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sat. Changing art exhibits, classes for all ages, wine tastings, jazz concerts and more.
