WorkForce West Virginia welcomes you to our new Online Contribution Reporting System for unemployment compensation wage and contribution reports!  This user-friendly web application will save you time and simplify the reporting process. 

The main features of the system are:

• Employees are saved from report to report!  You must only add/delete if necessary and update wages.
• Pay a contribution due easily with a bank account.
• Safe and secure handling of all employee and payment information.
• If inactive, request account activation online.
• Submit changes to account information online.
• Filing online means no forms to print or mail, no checks to write, and no stamps to buy!

IMPORTANT! You will need your Account Number and FEIN.

Enter your account number—this is found on your preprinted form that is mailed to you each quarter. This number is preceded by four or five zeroes. You do not have to enter the zeroes when logging in.  Note: do not enter dashes. If you enter the dashes, you will receive a message that your number is not found.  

FEIN: This is your federal employer identification number. Do not enter dashes.

*Note – For filings that result in a contribution due, a $5.00 processing fee will also be assessed.  The fee is collected by West Virginia Interactive, in partnership with WV.gov, the state’s official web portal, and used to create, maintain, and expand eGovernment services in West Virginia.
